Facilitators:

Themba Mncube is an accredited Facilitator, Assuror who has facilitated throughout South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland.

He is currently studying his B - TECH, through the Technicon of RSA, to complete his Credit Degree after achieving competency in Credit Management I, II, and III,

He also completed courses in:

• Basic Bookkeeping
• Basic Financial Accounting
• Credit Law;
• Interaction.

As well as:

• Management Course
• Time/ Priority Management
• Managing the Frontline
• Positive Influencing and Facilitation.

He has valuable experience in the: Banking, Legal and Cellular industry, and for the past five and a half years, has held the position of senior regional credit manager, with the P.G. Group.

Themba has bean a senior facilitator at Damelin Management School in Braamfontein, for the past 3 years, facilitating in Credit Management III.

Themba has also facilitated on several in-house courses, including Sales and Risk courses.

Themba is a member of the ICM, and served on the ICM Johannesburg Regional Committee for the year 2004
