Credit Management 1

On the completion of Credit Management 1, 2 & 3, the learner will become the recipient of the Certificate in Credit Management, from the Institute of Credit Management.
Not only the quality of our lecturers and the fact that the material is written by the foremost industry professionals, but also the way we present the courses, ensures the optimal opportunity for the acquisition of both theoretical and practical aspects of the learning outcomes of the course.

  • Understand and explain the different forms of credit
  • Understand the effect of the National Credit Act on Consumer Credit
  • Understand and explain the sources and role of credit
  • Understand and explain the internal credit environment
  • Understand and explain the Basic Law of Contract
  • Understand and explain the role of the supervisor
  • And finally- we have added a section on the reconciling of accounts
Assessment

The skills acquisition will be assessed by the means of 2 Summative Assessment Tests, 2 assignments and finally 1 Summative Assessment through the ICM.

Duration

The course lasts a total of 10 weeks, two evenings a week. A R250.00 non-refundable registration fee applies to all courses and is not include in the  pricing
